Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur helps my company to manage travel bookings and handle the expenses of the employees. With SAP Concur, I have also booked a lot of hotel & flight tickets using the app. The application is easy to use and fits for purpose. I mainly use it to book flight & hotel reservations for my travels and the process is always so smooth.

- Some UX-related improvements. For example, the 'help' dropdown is above the 'profile' but could be either right next to it or listed under the same dropdown menu.
- Time saved through the minimalist UI
I think most things are well-thought in the app for users. I used it for booking reservations and I really liked the minimal UI of the application.
As an employee, my experience was pretty satisfactory.
