Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
It makes it easier to do expense reports.
- Automation of expert se reports
- OCR receipts
- In my opinion, the smart expense feature isn’t so smart.
- I feel like the travel functionality usually limits the best options/price.
- Elimination of Excel spreadsheets for expense reports
The integration with ERP was done via API integration. However, not all fields were available on the API.
With less Excel/paper for expenses, things moved faster.
It reduced paperwork.
