Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur to record travel expenses. It is a good centralized system to record, approve, and track expenses for a certain trip. It is easy to categorize expenses.
- Create accurate expense reports.
- Separate expense type into a single report.
- Organize receipt for travel.
- Track Payment once they are sent out. Currently, the latest status I have access to is "Ready for Payment". It would be nice to have "Sent for payment".
- Better tool to record and track expenses for a single trip.
- Well organized and very intuitive tool, which enables faster expense recording.
None that I can think of.
SAP Concur is a great way for employees to record expenses and receipts. The tool is intuitive, and I believe it is helping a lot of employees submit expenses report.
It has benefited me a lot. It is easy for a user to record expenses and track payments.
