Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I frequently use SAP Concur to expense any invoices for travel to events. While the tool does it's job, there are a couple of points to keep in mind:
- Speed - the app is quite slow to open. Ideally when submitting an invoice and create an expense report, the app can take a while to open, this can be frustrating when you are submitting the expenses directly after purchase (hotel check-in, restaurant, taxi ride, ...)|
- Upload of receipts - on the app, all fields need to be filled in before submitting uploading the invoice - in can help to upload the reciept first so that the information is shown already for reference in filling in the fields.
- Missing Airlines / Hotels - Norwegian airlines not on the list
