Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
Our company has been with SAP Concur since 2012 using both the Travel and Expense platforms. Concur seems to be ahead of the curve in regard to T&E management and is working hard to be/stay Best in Class. Their support is multi-dimensional, with Webinars, Community share platforms and continual opportunities for training. Our users for the most part can easily use both the mobile app and the website to both book travel and manage/reconcile expenses, as the platform is relatively user friendly. While we are on SSO, they've also migrated to 2FA to keep information secure. Technical outages happen, but are not common, and seem to be resolved within a matter of hours when they do happen, as you can see on their outage site.
We also have opted in for their Consultative Intelligence module, to assist us in building custom reports to really get the most out of the robust T&E data. We are able to easily identify weak points as well as find opportunities to improve.

- We have been able to migrate ALL associates into Concur, which saves us time (previously many associates were using paper forms)
Oracle Financials for our FTP import of Employee information. This allows all employees to seamlessly update in Concur saving time and reducing the possibility of error.
The SAP Concur Community site is a great resource to learn from other users as well as ask questions, share insights and find documentation on products and modules.
SAP Concur's ability to be modified and customized allows us to be able to easily make the changes we need to provide support to our users. We are able to post important notes, schedule email notifications to communicate directly to users and streamline the process of approvals. We have been able to implement audit rules to keep users to policy as well as change hierarchy approvals which helped support our growing business.
