Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
SAP Litmos is used to enhance Learning and Development. We are constantly rolling out new features such as the Content Author Tool where we try to make processes easier for admins and enhance the users' experiences. Litmos is used as part of the whole organization as it is an area for learners to be able to find courses they need to do and find courses that they can do if they want (optional).
Litmos helps users learn from any location and does not, therefore, restrict users to do their training (e-learning courses).

- Features such as the Content Author tool - fantastic free feature (which usually costs for a license) which lets people create basic E-Learning courses with the ability to export the SCORM file. This is made simple for beginners, to make great learning packages.
- Fantastic support team (especially the support manager within Serbia) as they go above and beyond to work with us to find a solution. It is important to have a great relationship and to be able to collaborate successfully.
- Mike from US and his videos that summarises the latest release. He explains the key information as it can be hard to read all the release notes and understand every bit
- On the Litmos website, there is an area to write potential improvements. All my ideas I have written seem like they have never been looked at (unless people vote on my post).
- Litmos heroes courses - The course could be translated in all languages (not just the transcript). This will help users who do not speak English as their first language.
- Increased productivity
- Option for users to further increase their knowledge
- Made it easier for users to learn in their own time
Having used many other LMS, the key with SAP Litmos is the constant improvements and new features they produce. Litmos ensures they are never behind their competitors.
