Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The main reason for its use has to do with managing the scalability of applications on our servers. It means that we create, edit, and test our applications within the cloud servers. On the other hand, we use it both to test and evaluate the efficiency of the code, as well as to evaluate costs and estimate budgets. We have also created final cloud solutions from IBM for third parties, it really helps save time and money.

Offers the ability to integrate SAP with non-SAP solutions extremely easily.

Support is usually slow to respond, and when it does, it doesn't give us the help we need.

Return on Investment

The cost was very low, being an efficient and scalable tool, it is a high availability solution.
The graphical interface is very intuitive.
It allows analysis in real time.

Support Rating

It takes time to respond and never gives good solutions to the problems, since it seems somewhat robotic with its automatic messages, then when we speak directly with the support, it never gives a solution to our problems, we have to find other ways.

It's nice and the flexible coupling of services helps develop dynamic applications. It provides a good user interface for auditing application deployments, a registration mechanism, and most importantly, it can create web presentations and you don't need to have any software installed, plus the data is very easy to track in real time from point of commercial view, and above all that connectivity is excellent.

A professional, impressive and reliable tool that works very well.
