Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We went live in August 2023 for one of our service lines and are currently working on moving several additional service lines to S4. We went greenfield, and the goal was to implement as close to standard as possible. We wanted to be on S4 before 2027, not have to compete with other companies for external expertise, and utilize the more modern user interface.

  • Hana increases data retrieval processing time.
  • Standardizing processes.
  • Security is difficult to understand and manage.
  • We are using it to replace manual paper processes for the other service lines.
Though the user interface is more modern, it pales compared to more UX-developed applications from other companies.

We were already a SAP shop and wanted to stay with SAP.
