I think it is best suited for a rapid assessment of current state performance to build the case for change in hard performance metrics rather than anecdotal evidence. Second best use will be to design the future process in a business workshop setting with the immediate gratification of quick model. I think it is not suitable to act as a ALM application or a tool.to.monitor data flow.across applications
