Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Screenconnect is used by developers to connect to customers behind firewalls where the customer is responsible for the security of the system.
  • What I like most is that the client can be on any operating system; in my case Centos 5 to 7.
  • Recording of a support session might become more obvious.
  • As our sessions are so few (few customers) the impact can not be measured.
I have not tested other products but when consulting with one of our partners who uses these kinds of solutions a lot, this was an easy pick.
To be able to prepare an install packet for any OS, making the client connect when the machine goes online is great. I have not found any scenario where ScreenConnect has not served its purpose.
