Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used to improve marketing communications across both our business and our clients by delivering content that the user is interested in at time they want to help improve ROI.

It also combines the functionality of several useful marketing platforms including MailChimp, Lead Forensics and SalesForce into one cost effective platform.
  • Combines several platforms into one making it a very cost-effective and competitive solution.
  • The technical support is quick, responsive and thorough.
  • They support their partners very well with constant webinars.
  • They are always adding new innovative features such as the recent integration with iStock.
  • If you are importing your own HTML templates this requires technical assistance to make them editable and can often break.
  • Some user functionality can be a bit annoying, for example if you press the back button once you are in a folder it takes you back to the main root folder rather than the sub folder you were in.
  • It has helped us to focus on developing key content marketing strategies.
  • It has helped us to focus on developing workflows based on the customer journey that lead to greater ROI.
  • It has helped our business compete more effectively in the digital marketing space.
Lead Forensics has a slightly better IP database in my opinion, however the cost of SharpSring is lower than Lead Forensics and has all the other platforms as part of it making it more cost effective and combined with the fact you can see who the actual users are make it a better proposition overall.
SharpSpring is perfect for e-commerce websites where the business can track what products individual users are looking at and send content relevant to the products they have been looking at. It is also good if you are running extensive PPC campaigns to track what adwords are generating the traffic through to which terms are converting and the journey that have taken in your website. It is also useful for B2B businesses that have a sales or account teams that find it useful to be notified when their lead or client is looking at their website so that they can be notified straight away and review the users' contact details to check out what they are looking at on their website
