Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring as a comprehensive solution for our agency. It's our CRM, email marketing tool and all of our ROI for campaigns is measured in SharpSpring. We also offer clients the same benefits - to bring sales and marketing into one system so they can work together and increase ROI.
- Customise many different options—it's great to have the flexibility to customise at such a good price point.
- Extremely powerful—you can do lots of different things across the CRM, lead scoring, emails, campaigns etc.
- Great price point—comparable to Hubspot but at a fraction of the price.
- Excellent service—as an agency, we've been blown away at how helpful SharpSpring has been.

When we looked at different options, Infusionsoft and ActiveCampaign were on our radar. From the research we did into Infusionsoft, it was another level of confusing. As a result, we wanted something that was powerful but wasn't going to be months and months of learning. ActiveCampaign on the other hand is incredibly intuitive but didn't scale as well, particularly as we wanted something that we could use to help our clients bring together their sales and marketing strategies into one software.
