Our sales and marketing teams are currently using SharpSpring. Our sales team is using SharpSpring for CRM and lead nurturing purposes. Our marketing department is using SharpSpring for data collection and deploying marketing automation emails. It handles our business problems of keeping all of our account information centralized along with tracking revenue. Our marketing team uses it to hone in on email marketing messaging that is most relevant and engaging for our clientele.

I have used Salesforce and Pipedrive previously. Salesforce has been the best tool for us to date. We have small team of 10 and don't need a lot of fancy bells and whistles. SharpSpring allows us to be nimble and not have to retrain new users all the time. We are very satisfied with it.
