Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Marketing automation, across the whole company. It addresses lead management, CRM, and ESP for our company as well as our clients. It's helped us attract clients as well as retain existing clients.

  • Training paths are confusing. Getting better, but still needs more clarity.
  • Positive ROI - Less churn with agency clients.
It stacked up quite well against HS. SS delivered the same features for a much lower price. I am also not worried the SS will not sell my clients direct, which HS will.
SharpSpring is well suited for clients that have small to medium-sized email lists. You can use it for enterprise as well, though we have not tried as of current.
