Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I use SharpSpring for the purpose of marketing automation for consulting clients. I use it across the whole organization. The main business problems I solve are marketing and sales problems. Marketing problems include creating lead pages, using behavior based emails, and figuring out triggers for lead opportunity. The sales issues I encounter are keeping track of sale opportunity and tracking wins vs loses over the course of a month.
Pros
- The behavior based emails are easy to use.
- The visual workflows are easy to use.
- The communication is with staff is superb.
Cons
- The certification videos could have been a bit better. Sometimes the audio was really low.
- The billing took forever to come out. They only do ACH withdrawal. They need to offer same day opportunity for payment.
- I am still working on my ROI but I recognize my target needs to be businesses oppose to my peers or individuals.
- My first client will be paying $600 a month and pay the onboarding fee.
