I use Shelby Systems for accounts payable, bank reconciliation and general ledger

  • Enable attachment of document images
  • Free user support
  • Extra key strokes required when searching for account numbers
  • Negative adjusting entries not allowed in account payable
  • Financial report formatting is not intuitive
  • Platform used to collect financial data
  • Record payments made to vendors
  • Generate financial reports
  • Provided us with a means to report financial information to stakeholders

The three modules we use are well integrated and work together well. The membership module does not communicate with the financial modules if I recall correctly.
