Skilljar Customer Education Software allows us to efficiently create and present content to our customer base. We've used the product to create a high-quality eLearning resource for our clients. We can add new content and modify existing content whenever needed with minimal effort. By offering our instruction via online training, we can reach a much broader audience and our customers can get trained on their own schedule.
Pros
- Intuitive--once you have a baseline familiarity with the software, it's very easy to use
- The support team is exceptional--we've had some truly outstanding CSMs
- Flexibility--Skilljar makes it super easy to restructure the site, modify existing content, etc.
Cons
- We've had one particular outstanding ticket for quite some time now
- There are some features that require custom code--it would be nice if this was a built-in functionality
- More flexibility to make widespread changes. Sometimes we have to go into every single course to make a change

I briefly used Litmos and Skilljar is easier to use and offers greater functionality. The Skilljar interface is fantastic.
