Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

Skilljar Customer Education Software allows us to efficiently create and present content to our customer base. We've used the product to create a high-quality eLearning resource for our clients. We can add new content and modify existing content whenever needed with minimal effort. By offering our instruction via online training, we can reach a much broader audience and our customers can get trained on their own schedule.

Pros

  • Intuitive--once you have a baseline familiarity with the software, it's very easy to use
  • The support team is exceptional--we've had some truly outstanding CSMs
  • Flexibility--Skilljar makes it super easy to restructure the site, modify existing content, etc.

Cons

  • We've had one particular outstanding ticket for quite some time now
  • There are some features that require custom code--it would be nice if this was a built-in functionality
  • More flexibility to make widespread changes. Sometimes we have to go into every single course to make a change
The tool is extremely easy to use. It took a few months to get used to it, but now everything is a breeze and it's so reliable. It almost always does what we expect it to do. When we want to try something new, our CSMs have gone out of their way to make suggestions and offer feedback.
We have one ticket that keeps coming up/hasn't been resolved. Otherwise, Skilljar responds in a timely fashion and most issues get resolved. And honestly, we rarely have issues. The product works as intended most of the time.

I briefly used Litmos and Skilljar is easier to use and offers greater functionality. The Skilljar interface is fantastic.
We offer video content, text content, live training, and exams through Skilljar Customer Education Software. We've had great experiences using the platform for all of these--our Learning Center rarely experiences downtime and our content is easy to set up. Customers do not experience issues navigating the site and finding what they need. Skilljar's filter functionality has been hugely helpful in allowing us to build out our site in a way that makes sense to customers. We have a lot of courses and have experimented with different site structures--Skilljar has never been a roadblock.
