Overall Satisfaction with SOCi
SOCi allows us to expand our outreach to our community, as we service a wide area of North Dakota. We are able to keep everyone informed of any sales, weather closings (which happen quite frequently in ND), and to share in celebrating our staff and their accomplishments.
- Integration between social media platforms.
- Accurate scheduling of future posts.
- Tracking analytics between platforms.
- Need more Instagram functionality (reels, stories, and analytics)
- More seamless posting/formatting between platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- TikTok?
- Kept audience informed of emergency closures.
- Brought more engagement with the staff based on birthday/event posts.
