Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
I have been using SolarWinds NPM for well over a decade. We have setup up hundreds of alerts and notifications that will email us when network notes ranging from servers, storage systems, VMware ESXi hosts, to all kinds of networking switches and gear encounter issues, are down, reset. We quickly are notified when a system is down or has rebooted and or has not come up in a timely manner.

- maybe a little easier way to add new network nodes
- we have been able to quickly identify issues from the alerts we have received
