Overall Satisfaction with Solutionreach
Solutionreach (SR) is our main source of communication between our office and our patients. We do not use it within the office to communicate with each other, but we use the appointment reminders, Conversations (texting) with patients, Smart Reviews, and Newsletters. We send out a weekly newsletter as well as specialty ones when there is a change/new announcement within the office. It has helped us increase patient visit retention by reminding patients of their appointments, giving them an easier way to reschedule in advance, giving them the opportunity to text us for changes/appts/heads up and allows us to alert the patients of updates efficiently. We have seen wonderful improvements in our relationship with our patients and we are making their lives easier as well as our own.

- Improving Smart Reviews function - showing more info in the report
- When patients cancel their appointment the day of it takes a while for the system to refresh and they sometimes still show up in the Schedule/Action List and therefore sometimes still receive Smart Review requests
- SR has improved our web presence through review generation
- SR has improved our recall appt value by sending out reminders when patients haven't been in in a while
- SR has improved our patient retention by sending out appt reminders
SolutionReach offers much more than Demandforce did. Pricing is similar from what I remember. It is much easier to use with more room to customize settings.
