Overall Satisfaction with Sovereign Systems

  • Storage load profiling and system replacement options.
  • Absolute top notch responsiveness and follow through on any ordering and equipment issues. Say what you need and what you need you will get.
  • Sovereign Systems is based in Georgia and being a Northeast based consumer, they have some limited resources for certain technologies. We are not heavily engaged in those and the resources they do have are top notch although scheduling can become troublesome.
For our case, we needed to do two things: build a new data center to migrate to and update our old data center to newer hardware. They were great with taking information on what we needed and helping to gather statistics on our workload. They set up on site demo gear for us to run our application on to prove feasibility and worked with any issues we had with during the entire demo.
