Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is used by the entire sales org to track our commissions in real-time. Before Spiff, I had to wait until the end of the month for our commissions to be sent out manually. Spiff has been a huge help to give me transparency into how I'm tracking for the month! Commissions calculations can be pretty complicated, so having Spiff automatically calculate these numbers has been great.
  • Gives insight into each part of commission.
  • Updates in real time once a new deal closes.
  • Makes me really comfortable knowing my commissions has been calculated correctly.
  • The mobile app and website application don't always match up, I usually have to check both.
  • I know some of my colleagues can see other salespeople's private commission information/salary information.
The mobile app isn't entirely user-friendly. I typically have to click around a few times before I find the info I'm looking for. When clicking on "My Commission" I think it should show each month rather than only the current month. I also wish I could see my Annual quota target too.
Yes, I definitely feel like my level of trust has increased completely. I no longer feel like it's up to one person's Excel sheet to properly calculate my commission.
Gong seems more simple! Exactly.com was complex.

Spiff is great for sales companies with multi-tiered commission structures that are difficult to track and calculate manually.
