Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
The sales team uses Spiff to expose the commission breakdown of each sales rep to said sales rep. It allows us to keep a track of what deals we are being paid on, how much we are being paid for these deals, and how close we are to hitting quota.
Pros
- Ease of use.
- Easy to understand where the numbers come from.
Cons
- A bit more detail around the deals could be useful beyond the total value.
- It has created more transparency for sales reps.
- less wasted time on back and forth between reps and sales opps/finance folks.
