Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to track commissions and drive sales. It's proved invaluable as we have a complex commission structure that needs to integrate with SFDC and has SSO. I also love the UI. It's easy to compare statements, and if it's set up correctly has no errors. Furthermore, I can easily see how my team is earning.

The UI is not only easy to use, it's super cute and beats Xactly's SFDC native panel which was hard to read.
It's easy, helpful, and improves alignment between my goals and my sales team because they can see the impact of spiffs (no pun intended) in their paycheck before they get it. It also helps the sales team trust leadership due to the transparency.

I think it's great for complex commission structures IF you have a full-time DevOps person working on your team. Excel is probably easiest for tiny companies. Having a CRM may be a necessity, I'm not sure. It does work well with SFDC.
