Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Simplest comms tracking platform I have ever used. Incredibly user-friendly and nicely concise. No need to use anything else.

Pros

  • Clear.
  • Concise.
  • Correct.

Cons

  • I have had some login issues that seem hard to resolve. I multiple emails addresses due to a company name change and this took too long to resolve.
  • Made wage conversations easier.
  • Sped up auditting.
So easy to use.
  • Paylocity and Intuit Online Payroll (discontinued)
More limited in options than either of the two I have used, but much better at what it actually does. Far simpler to track and show comms.

Very easy to track my own commission, but more importantly it's very easy for me to show my reports what their current earnings are as well as illustrate their upward trends and potential.
