Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
TalentLMS is a wonderful learning management system and has made our compliance for training a breeze. Both new hire and ongoing training is easy to manage by using the group feature. I am able to update training and set up groups which makes administration very efficient and timely. I am able to assign multiple training modules in less than a minute by using the group setting. I love that I can set the certifications to print when training is completed. Running reports, importing and exporting data is also very easy.
- TalentLMS is a one stop shop for all your training needs!
- TalentLMS has the ability to export reports but I wish that their system would integrate with the one I currently use for HR Management. It would be great if everything automatically updated but I have to run reports and replace the data.
- Being able to train through electronic means has decreased paper and printing costs.
- I am able to see at a glance how the company is progressing in training and evaluate training needs.
TalentLMS was the best choice for functionality and cost.
