Overall Satisfaction with Tellennium - Management of Things (MoT)
Our organization originally partnered with Tellennium to do a One Time Audit and decided after the audit to move to their ongoing Enterprise Management Solution. We use Tellennium to manage all of our telecom-related invoices. We previously were trying to manage multiple different telecom vendors with only a few employees overseeing the accounts and lines weren't getting billed appropriately or canceled so we were paying for services that weren't needed.
- Easy to use MoT Dashboard
- Provides us one inventory location of all telecom services.
- Timely responses to our questions
- We are pretty satisfied with the service so far, a few hiccups in the first month of "go-live" but nothing major
- Identify unused services/lines resulting in cost savings
- Works with vendors directly on adding/cancelling of services/lines
- Customer Support
- Manhours spent between engineers, admins, and accounting dealing with the vendors, approving invoices, etc, will decrease sufficiently once all of the kinks are ironed out.
- Even with Tellennium getting a percentage of savings, we should have a sufficient amount of savings the first year.

We needed a solution for management of our Telecom accounts. We were overpaying for items that were clearly listed in our contracts for set prices, paying for phone lines that hadn't been in use for a long time and constantly paying late fees. Accounting paid the invoices and had no idea what was set in our contracts that legal had signed and our engineers didn't have enough time to comb through every single account.
