Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We are a church. We use Text-Em-All to send out prayer requests for our members and to share important information. We serve supper on Wednesday night so we send out what will be served that night. This has been an invaluable tool. In the past many phone calls had to made and it was so time consuming. Using Text-Em-All is a life saver and saves so much time.
  • It's always available. On my computer or my phone.
  • People are able to respond to the texts without having to call.
  • Messages are saved so we are able to look back at them and reuse them with changes.
  • For the most part the number of words is fine, but sometimes more would be helpful.
  • I would like a way to delete old text responses.
  • Emoji use would be nice.
  • The ease of use.
  • Reaching out to a large number of people, quickly.
  • Making sure info is there to read, cutting down on misunderstandings.
  • When asking for a response 90% respond within an hour. This is so much better than waiting on an email response.
  • A text can be sent in a matter of minutes, saving a lot of time.
  • A text can be sent to 1 person or 200 people with the same effort.
We use texts when information needs to be sent to all employees. We receive more response than emailing or trying to call and not getting a hold of someone. We use this when we've had bad weather and need to cancel services or meetings. We've had power outages and this is a great way to let everyone we will be closed until further notice. More people will read a text message than answer a phone call.

I find Text-Em-All to be a valuable tool. It saves so much time and reaches so many more people. I only have one person that doesn't receive texts. With a text, information is there to look back at so people don't need to call for the info again. Only a couple of people have complained about not getting a phone call.
