The service was not utilized for emergency notifications, as that is not its intended purpose. Rather, we employed it to facilitate and enhance our clients' interaction with the tax portal. By leveraging this service, we were able to provide our clients with a more efficient and streamlined experience, allowing them to easily navigate the portal and access the necessary information and resources. This ultimately helped us to optimize our clients' satisfaction and streamline our overall operations.

it's terrific, very easy, and I know through reporting what our outcomes are. It's easy, I don't know how else to articulate that it was user friendly. I was not at all overwhelmed by it and training employees on text em all is easy. It's easy to get our whole organization engaged.

We use texts when information needs to be sent to all employees. We receive more response than emailing or trying to call and not getting a hold of someone. We use this when we've had bad weather and need to cancel services or meetings. We've had power outages and this is a great way to let everyone we will be closed until further notice. More people will read a text message than answer a phone call.

This is a crucial tool, especially since our village is rural and spread out. We have a website and Facebook page, but Text-Em-All is the quickest, most efficient communication tool we have, especially during emergencies, of which we've had several.

Text-Em-All’s impact on your ability to optimize employee communications, fill jobs and shifts, or use mass texting to reach our contacts with emergency notifications has been immensely helpful. Specifically, when it comes to job openings, we are able to send out a mass text to everyone to let them know what position(s) are available for interviews. It's also great to send out mass texts for information regarding bad weather and how the facility handles holidays.

We use Text-Em-All for student account purposes only related mostly to payment deadline and important student account information such as collections, refunds and other finance related information. We are only pointing the student to their account within the text. All of our texts are generic and typically sent on a mass level.

Mass texting is very important for a Church. It brings us closer together. This was so noticed and useful during the pandemic that we decided to keep on Text-Em-All as a full-time communication tool. We are very thankful we did.
