Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

It is used to troubleshoot connectivity issues between end users and resources. We have used it to troubleshoot network slowdown issues, routing issues, bgp issues outside of our network. With each use, we have been able to find the issue in the network, and then remediate that issue and get our end users up and running.

Solarwinds is a great product with many facets to it. They have a module for everything. But that is also the point that is a drawback. Each module is an expensive add-on to the overall price. ThousandEyes, however, has all of it's functionality put into one complete software application package.

ThousandEyes was well suited to allow us to troubleshoot multiple issues so far. The ones that come to mind was a network slowdown issue (cause it is ALWAYS the network's fault), but after multiple reviews of data from ThousandEyes, it was proven it was not a network issue but a Microsoft Defender misconfiguration issue .
