Overall Satisfaction with Spotfire
Spotfire is being used by our team to serve as a KPI dashboard for various clients to show the performance on their data using analytics. It is also being used to create new visualizations that can further highlight how the data can be viewed and further sliced into smaller chunks to be able to dive deeper into it.

- Data loading performance is not always the best.
- Lack of material design and newer UI features.
- Spotfire has helped generate a lot of revenue from many of our clients.
- We have created customized dashboards for many clients which then garnered special pricing.
- ROI has been very good as we have been able to make use of the platform and customize the solutions offered.
Spotfire is a very good product and stacks up well against the competition for creating customized dashboards. It also has intuitive capabilities to create visualizations that could help the user see their data. Moreover, it also has a lot of options for customization in terms of data slicing, integrations with statistical languages like R, creating multi-page dashboard views, etc. The reason we selected Spotfire was because of all the features mentioned above and also the pricing which was very competitive compared to its competitors in the market.

There are good training materials available online from Spotfire as well as from third-party sources. These training modules increased my ability to use different features in the tool as well as also motivated me to keep learning to create highly customized and complex dashboards/features that were quite helpful in providing complex solutions for our customers.
