Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

UiPath started as a small project to reduce the amount of time wasted doing boring repetitive tasks in one team. Once we projected the results, the whole organization was impressed and it was added to all of our KPIs to automate all possible tasks. UiPath is easy and anyone can start developing BOTs.
  • Easy as pie--anyone can use it.
  • Great license options
  • UiPath BOTs can run 365 days a year
  • Too many version updates
  • Great Return on Investment, especially with the great licensing options
  • Overall, it saves us a lot of money.
I think UiPath is the clear winner, because of the licensing options that are available. There are pre-defined workflows in UiPath, which can save a lot of time as well.
I contacted them once, and it was great. Fast response times and the Forum is great as well.

A lot of email notifications can be taken over by an UiPath BOT and we humans can work on something else that actually needs time spent on it. UiPath Enterprise RPA can help give the support team complete round-the-clock availability.
