Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used across the entire organization for payroll processing, performance reviews, compensation planning and recruitment.
- User Friendly/easy to use and great how to guides.
- Manage multiple areas of the employee life cycle.
- Technologically advanced/customizable to the customer/user.
- Recruitment module could use updating; not as intuitive as the main CORE/payroll side of the system.
- Time Management has a lot of room for improvement, outdated interfaces/reporting doesn't tie to BI and has a lot of little glitches.
- Comp planning; increases don't show hourly amounts without custom, have to engage support to route comp worksheets back.
- Rerouting of forms to alternate approver is time consuming.
Much better than previously used products. Reporting is great.
