Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

It is being used just by the sales department. It helps with cold calling, managing sales leads, appointment setting, and also helps with keeping leads hot with thorough notes taking to allow passing leads from one caller to another or to the actual sales person themselves. It is really effective in helping with outbound and inbound sales.

  • Cost definitely can be better as compared to competitors.
  • It gives a quick and tighter process.
  • It gives an increase in productivity as everything is stored in the system.

VanillaSoft has more internal functionality than ring central. It has an easy learning process for our virtual assistants and allows for immediate implementation. It allows for us to check our staffs' productivity and keep things in check. Also, it makes dialing really really easy especially if we are doing multiple seats in volume.

If you have an outbound marketing team (especially virtual assistant) it is definitely great to have this! We have been using it with our virtual assistant team in Philippines for outbound cold calling and it keeps the process really really tight. If you have a decent size team this is your solution.
