Within our company, the sales department uses VanillaSoft to manage our customers, screen potential prospects, track leads, prioritize, and standardize our sales process. It's currently integrated with Salesforce which lets us use the entire database we have in it. It's an easy all-in-one software that optimizes time for our sales department.
