Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
In my organization, Vantage Circle is used for providing employee benefits. Vantage points will be given to the employee, and the employee can redeem that point as a discount voucher or as a gift card from a plethora of options. The business problem Vantage Circle addresses are that they give a huge amount of choices on how an employee can redeem the points, Instead of just generating a random gift card from a random company that the employee has never heard of Vantage Circle lets employees choose .
- Has Huge number of options to choose from.
- Gives us option to choose gift cards, discount coupons etc.
- In Gift card category , most of the top brands are present like amazon , flipkart etc.
- The UI has so many things going on, looked slightly cluttered.
- Was not able to find gift card on the menu bar , had to scroll down .
- Dark mode was not available.
- Gives options for employees to select gift card and discount vouchers from various top brands.
- Vantage Circle had positive impact.
