Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for AWS
Before Veeam I used a few different solutions and didn't have a single pane of glass to backup both on and off prem. Veeam solved that problem and has gotten better with each major version, I started with 9.x and now I'm on 12.x and couldn't be happier. The cost of course is high but you get what you pay for.
- Single pane of glass
- Quick deployment
- Great support overall but was better in the past
- Could be more granular
- AWS changes so much Veeam is usually a year behind
- Dashboard van get confusing sometimes
- It is very expensive
- It works well
- AWS is expensive
