Veeam Backup & Replication is being used to back up the virtual infrastructure, giving us a chance to quickly perform a restore in case of a fault. The choice is to keep data in an external environment, safer solution, rather than keeping data in the local backup server. The graphic interface is so user friendly that I quickly explain how to manage backups and restores, keeping only the necessary restore points. We don't use it to backup groups of VMs, only one VM at a time. We never had any problems with restores from existing backups.

The virtual or physical workloads currently protected by Veeam Backup & Replication in our organization are the same as when we first acquired the product. We never thought to try something else because we couldn't find f anything similar, simple and suitable to multiple examples. Usually, our workload doesn't grow, but when it does, the solution will always be ok.

Veeam Backup & Replication has been designed to backup critical data to lower-cost object storage and to restore data backups directly to a variety of cloud platforms but we don't use cloud platforms because the infrastructure is not connected to the net or the backup server. We backup in various locations so that data is always available for different kinds of users.

Veeam Backup & Replication provides a suite of copy data management capabilities for verifying data recoverability, testing security, ensuring compliance, and sandbox testing. Final reports are always so useful for our security that the backup is ok. When some errors occur, we always back up the full machine to restart the incremental daily backups. The report of all backups is stored for analytics.
