Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform

We currently use Veeam as our back-up software. With the continuing updates, this software has allowed us to make direct connections to various cloud storage vendors, hence, allowing us the security of off-site backups. We feel that with the automation and granularity of this software we can create various types of backups and schedule them oat various times. The restoration process is also very simple to follow. Lastly, the customer support is fantastic. With the embedded ability to create log files and push them to support, resolutions are performed very quickly.

We rely on Veeam to back up and protect over 8 variations of data. These include all aspects, cloud/virtual/physical.
  • Restoration of files that are accidentally deleted from the network
In the past we used a cloud software solution which was sufficient, however, with Veeam we have the capabilities of using multiple backup destinations and are able to implement the 3-2-1-1 theory of backup.
We do use the capability of cloud backup retention. Each version that has come up continues to add more direct connections to cloud vendors, making configuration very simple.
As part of our infrastructure, we do utilize NAS storage for internal tasks and file storage. With the recent update to v12, we have been able to back up our device with ease
I have had no problems with software that support couldn't resolve. The interface is very easy to use!
