Verint Workforce Management is used for scheduling and forecasting within our organization. This has solved a plethora of business problems that we've had including manual staffing models, ensuring we have the right individuals in the right role at the right time, and ensuring that leaders can spend more time developing and coaching their teams and less time on metrics.

Verint Workforce Management is very well suited for transactional work that can be easily measured. We've seen less success with Verint Workforce Management for exempt or more complex workers who may leverage email boxes or other forms of communication for their work.
