Overall Satisfaction with Vertex

We use Vertex for preparing VAT returns globally. It helps us to coordinate the data which are coming from AR and AP transactions. It is very helpful because it shortens the preparation time and make us able to make the reviews more succesfull.

  • It made easier the day to day business
  • It manages the transaction is one place which makes very clear the reporting
It is working in the 98% of the cases, but Vertex is not perfect yet.

Overall Vertex provides great tools, as VVC and VITR, but e.g. in VVC it is a little bit frustrating when the import for different countries needs to be done separately. In VITR we could import it in one batch without any issue.
