Overall Satisfaction with Vonage Business Cloud
We use Vonage Business Cloud for their softphone service across the whole organization. Previously we were using voip/Mitel phones which were extremely expensive and quality of support did not reflect the amount we were paying. Vonage softphones doesn't require extra hardware and is easy to set up and use on our mobile devices. Vonage also has great customer support.
Pros
- No need to purchase or set up extra hardware.
- Convenient and easy to use.
- User interface is easy for both end users and admins.
Cons
- If wifi or cell service is poor, this affects the quality of calls.
- Cost efficient.
- Internal/operational efficiencies.
Vonage is easy to use and convenient. Their customer service is exceptional. Our account manager is in constant communication with us and goes out of their way to check in on a bi-weekly basis.
