Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use the M line firewalls on our HQ network and 2 regional networks. They have served us well in securing our network, ensuring smooth traffic operations, linking remote networks together via VPN. Firewall feature to block site traffic to unneeded bandwidth heavy streaming sites have worked well and the services included with the subscription provide a good value versus competitors.

Hardware was purchased through CDW. Everything went smoothly.
We haven't used it. I would have to test it out to see how much value it can provide. Streamlining reporting and monitoring is always a big positive and high ROI.
We use the physical firewalls only currently so I'm unable to provide feedback on their cloud products.
I like WatchGuard firewalls a lot more over our previous appliance Cisco ASAs. Cisco ASA management dashboard ran on Java which gave us fits all the time. The UI was also far less intuitive to configure and manage. WatchGuard licensing scheme is also far simpler to understand than Cisco ASA's.
