Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex for contact with partners and clients. We also used for technical support as our principal support tool.
  • Recording is a really a good advantage. We can record our sessions and share them with other coworkers.
  • Calling service with different options. We particularly use the computer option which is easy to use and practical.
  • Show and share options.
  • Sharing files. Should be as simple as just move from my desktop to the shared desktop.
  • It has helped a lot to manage remote projects.
  • It helped to improve our home-office policies.
  • Zoom
Webex integrates better to our video and telephony system.
