Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex as our main conferencing platform and distance learning. Most of our meetings take place in Meeting Center, although some use Training or Events as well. Little use of Support Center. The whole organization uses Webex for conferencing. We also see some use in the reservation-less audio conferencing portion of the platform.

Cons
- First-time join experience could be improved. You can join a test meeting, but other vendors offer more complete AV loopback for first-time users to have more confidence.
- Administration options are disconnected. Multiple portals, Webex Administration and Control Hub should be combined into a single portal.
- Support can be dicey.
- Allowed us to consolidate many different conferencing platforms.
- Enabled us to take advantage of existing investment in Cisco's telephony and conferencing solutions.
- Provided a great alternative to in person meetings.
