Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars
The software works smoothly and it is very easy to manage the audience. I have managed a large audience size up to 50 on Webex. Complete control is there for the user to take up questions one by one with interactive UI. We can share screens at ease. The fact that customers can join from any video device without comprising quality is of great help.

There are some features that score above them but going for Webex was a management decision. The security feature of WebEx is what drove the decision. Most of the customers can join WebEx without any security concerns. Other applications have a lot of restrictions interns of usage at customers' premises as it is not allowed there.
