Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

Wingman has been an incredible tool for us. We use it for call listening and coaching. To dive deeper into two main things: 1) Listening to calls to help answer questions and coach team members. 2) Building libraries of great calls that new hires can listen to. We started off implementing just on customer success and quickly added to our sales team. Few other use cases: - Sharing recordings with clients after calls - Sharing product feedback with rest of team - Competitor analysis - Keyword tracking.
  • Call recording and transcription.
  • Super easy to use.
  • Awesome mobile app.
  • Right now only English, so other languages.
  • Identifying which person is speaking for transcription
  • Accurate call recording.
  • Ability to tag calls.
  • Setting up notifications/alerts.
  • Listening to reactive customer service calls to proactively reach out.
  • Identifying angry clients and supporting them prior to them canceling.

I have already referred 3 different companies to Wingman. I look at it as a cheaper and easier-to-use version of Gong. We did not need all the bells and whistles of Gong and this has been an incredible find. Anyone in customer success, product, sales, or customer-facing can benefit from Wingman.
