Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

I conduct customer meetings on a daily basis, and Wingman is always there on my calls. Wingman addresses an array of problems for me; for example, once I am done with the call, I have a detailed transcript of what was discussed along with the call recording. I can then share this with the customer or revisit it to recollect information. This is the most useful property of Wingman.

  • Captures questions through AI and can prompt with battle cards during sales call
  • Sometimes the transcript is incorrect, that can be improved
  • Help in coaching new reps by sharing previous call recordings
  • Transfer of knowledge from one rep to another is easier as the other can just go through calls on Wingman
  • Managers can now be more involved in rep activities by just watching recordings rather than shadowing on customer calls

Another great thing about Wingman is that it can help you with flashing battle cards and other documents that might come in handy during the meeting.
