It's nice to consolidate work intake into ONE platform. We use one request queue and built in automated routing to make sure it gets to the right person at the right point in the process. It also helps us standardize the information we're taking in for projects, streamlining project kickoff meetings.
The digital proofing tool is a game-changer. Being able to compare versions saves SO MUCH time!

External collaboration using Workfront Proof is fantastic. Users outside of our group can digitally review an item and leave feedback without ever having to log into the tool.
Internal collaboration - we use the "updates" section and @ comment people to keep everyone informed. Being able to subscribe to different objects (tasks, projects. etc.) is fantastic.

The Workfront consultant was FANTASTIC. He understood our use case and offered so much insight from day one. He really helped us to avoid a lot of the pitfalls a new user group would fall into. Invaluable!
