Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is integral to our organisation and we often call it our internal Facebook. It has become even more beneficial during Covid times so new starters in the organisation can get to grips with the organisation and culture. Better yet when we returned to the office Workvivo allowed us the opportunity to add our all-in anchor days which differ between teams. It has been a really beneficial tool and has become even more important since Covid!
- Organisational Chart and its integration on the system
- Its extremely user-friendly
- Sometimes information/posts can blend into one. Could be an organisational issue but if there could be more clarity on different posts. i.e. Staff Opportunities shouldn't look the same as news article posts.

- Sharing updates/videos/photos of different events and projects happening across the organisation.
- It has connected people across the globe.
- It has made all staff aware of updates across the organisation.
- All staff are now more aware of the organisations metrics and KPIs.
